Ingredientes:
1 brócolis pequeno só os buquês (cerca de 3 xícaras de chá)
2 colheres de sopa de creme de ricota light ou requeijão zero
2 colheres de chá de ginseng em pó
1/2 cebola picada
1 dente de alho amassado
Sal e pimenta à gosto
Modo de preparo:
Refogue a cebola e o alho, acrescente os buquês, refogue e coloque um pouco de água, cozinhe até que fique macio. Em um prato, retire os buquês e amasse com o garfo, volte para a panela, acrescente os demais ingredientes, acerte o sal e a pimenta e sirva.

4 porções com 85 calorias cada.
